The Clockspeed cdev is an offspring of the decelerator application. It slows down fast macs so that some games that were not timed against the system clock could be slowed down to the point of being playable. The cdev calibrates the wait time against the system state and has ten buttons for speed control of the delay to be installed. The delay can be changed or removed at any time from the control panel.
